Today is October 31st. Yes I am late again.
Today is Nevada Day and the kids are off of school for 5 days. Nevada Day is observed on the last Friday of October (voters changed it). Yes Halloween is also Nevada Day. Nevada became a state during the Civil War.
Today I am thankful for this state I live in. I was born in California and moved here when I was just three. I have seen the area I live in grow tremendously and I have a hard time imagining living anywhere else.
It's wonderful to love where you live, isn't it? How good our Great God is to us. May we never take for granted the freedoms we enjoy. Hugs to you! Camille
